The owners, bought an abandoned casale forty years ago, when it had no water or electricity, for its magnificent views and vicinity to Italy's artistic heritage as well as access to Rome, Florence and other cities being minutes of the Autostrada del Sole.

The owners fell in love with the place and decided to restore it. From a modest rural house, the structure, after almost half a century, has been transformed into a beautiful "borgo" retaining its panoramic views over a lovely landscape, full of trees, olive groves and vineyards in the distance.

Part of this "borgo" is now being turned into Agriturismo called "Il Casale Poderaccio", you will be very welcome if you wish to visit and or stay.
